Service Description

Weave maintenance is recommended every 6–8 weeks to maintain comfort, security and the overall condition of your natural hair. During your appointment, existing wefts are carefully removed, braids are assessed and re-secured where required, and the weave is reinstalled to ensure a secure, natural finish. This process prevents tension build-up, slippage and unnecessary strain on the scalp. Regular maintenance is essential to protect both your extensions and your natural hair. Delaying refits beyond the recommended timeframe may require additional time and incur extra charges. Available at LUNA Hair & Lash Lounge in Bracknell.


BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY

A 50% booking fee is required to secure all appointments. Your appointment is confirmed once payment has been received. This booking fee forms part of the total service cost. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Where at least 24 hours’ notice is given, your booking fee may be transferred to a new appointment date within 30 days. If less than 24 hours’ notice is provided, the booking fee will be retained to cover loss of appointment time. In the event of a failure to attend without notice, the remaining balance of the booked service may become payable. All cancellation terms reflect a genuine estimate of business loss resulting from short-notice cancellations. For hair extension services, a consultation is required prior to booking a fitting appointment. Hair extension services are charged as fitting services only. The cost of hair will be confirmed separately following consultation and colour matching. For lash services, a patch test is required at least 24 hours prior to your first appointment unless a waiver has been agreed. Clients must disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, sensitivities, or recent treatments before their appointment. Infills must be booked within the recommended timeframe (2–3 weeks). Where insufficient extensions remain, a full set may be required and charged accordingly. Clients are responsible for following the aftercare advice provided during their appointment. Outcomes may vary depending on individual hair type, skin type, and maintenance. No guarantee is provided where aftercare guidance is not followed. If you arrive late, treatment time may be reduced to avoid affecting subsequent clients. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling, and the booking fee may be retained. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law. By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
