This personalised consultation is an essential first step for all new hair and lash clients before reserving a fitting or full set. During your appointment, we assess your individual needs and suitability, discuss your desired look, match colours and textures where required, and recommend the most appropriate method tailored specifically to you. You will receive clear guidance on maintenance, aftercare and pricing, allowing you to make confident, informed decisions before committing to your transformation. This structured approach protects the health of your natural hair or lashes while ensuring exceptional, long-lasting results.
BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY
(Hair & Lash Consultations – £25 Redeemable Fee) A £25 consultation fee is required to secure your appointment. This fee confirms your booking and is fully redeemable against the cost of your hair extension fitting or lash service if booked within 30 days of your consultation. The consultation fee is non-refundable. If at least 24 hours’ notice is provided, your consultation may be rescheduled within 30 days. Less than 24 hours’ notice or failure to attend will result in the fee being retained. For lash services, a hypersensitivity (patch) test is required at least 24–48 hours before your first full lash appointment, unless a waiver has been agreed at the salon’s discretion. Clients must disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, sensitivities, or recent eye treatments. Consultations include assessment, suitability advice, colour matching (where applicable), maintenance guidance, and personalised recommendations. No extensions are fitted during this appointment. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law. By booking, you confirm you have read and agree to these terms.
