Appointment & Cancellation Policy
Booking & Deposits
A £25 consultation fee is required for all new clients.
This fee is fully redeemable against the cost of your confirmed service booking.
For fitting appointments, a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.
Deposits are applied toward the total cost of your service.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
Where at least 24 hours’ notice is provided, deposits may be transferred to a future booking on one occasion. Further changes may require a new deposit.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend without notice, will result in loss of deposit.
Late Arrivals
Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time to avoid disruption to other clients. Where the appointment cannot proceed, the deposit may be retained.
Maintenance Appointments
Hair extension maintenance is recommended every 6–8 weeks to maintain condition and positioning.
Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable UK consumer protection legislation.
